About 5 years ago, my entire family went to a beach house, and one night I couldn't sleep, so I found this and turned it on. Fell asleep within minutes. I found this again just today and it brought tears in my eyes about the beach house and it made me remember walking on the sand with my whole family and swimming in the sea.

I found the original 3hr version of this over four years ago and was delighted when I found this longer version shortly after. I still regularly listen to this to get to sleep, although now it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep in general, rather than needing it for my anxious thoughts (: I really appreciate that the piano is very gentle in the background, it feels like many sleep tracks that even though they are great, have singular loud notes that tend to keep me awake even if it’s soothing. I just shared this with someone. Hopefully it helps them as well as it has me. I was a night shifter for almost 17 years. This has helped me adjust back to a normal circadian rhythm. I’m not totally there yet but it has helped me a great deal. I have always loved ocean sounds, being born so close to the gulf of Mexico but mix in the music and ahhhh, heaven! Peaceful slumber to everyone!!

I have seizures, severe anxiety, severe depression and severe PTSD....this video helps me fall asleep and it help calms me down when I have panic attacks. So too anyone reading this i hope your days are filled with calm and collective thought!🥰

I love this sound, I fall asleep too it just ab every night and it literally plays on for like 6 hours straight and I sleep amazingly… well better than I was sleeping before I wasn’t listening too this, it really opens up my senses
