Literally just stumbled upon them by accident and I was shaking from the chills I got from hearing this song. It couldn't have been a mere accident. It was like fate because I listened to everything so far and I was in tears because I haven't heard anything good in such a long time. I normally have to go backwards when listening to bands. Like listen to their old music but this, THIS! This was painfully beautiful and I'm in love with music again! Love this band!

They dont have a target audience, Vessel just writes songs that mean a lot to him. Whoever relates ends up in the crowd.
@nikolai5228 ай бұрын
I don’t think any genuine artist has a target audience. Music is an expression of those who create it, just like any other art form. It’s meant to be loved and appreciated by the people who can relate to it and enjoy it

@dariathelazy6 ай бұрын
I think their target audience is people with exquisite music taste 😉 Seriously though, it seems like they're determined to occupy a niche, in that their songs don't seem to deliberately pander to only metal fans, only rock fans, only rnb fans, or only /whatever/ fans, nor do they appeal to primarily female or primarily male audiences or specific age groups... That's my impression as a fresh new fan, though 🤔

When I meet metalheads, they’re always surprised when they ask me what shows I’ve been to lately, and I tell them I haven’t been to a concert in coming on 20 years. Just because I look like a metalhead, and just because I listen to music, doesn’t mean I like paying hundreds of dollars to go to a venue so I can get more hearing damage than I did from all my years of clubbing and be jammed in front of the stage with a bunch of sweaty strangers like sardines. I like to put my earphones in, go for a walk through some woods, smoke a joint, and blast my music at full volume, alone. By myself. For free, because I bought the songs on iTunes once and now I have them forever. With all the said, I wouldn’t mind getting to sit somewhere comfortable in the back of a Sleep Token gig if they finally ever decide to come to western Canada, just for the sake of being able to see them perform live once in my life.
