How many driving hours do you gain back after the first short split break ?

You gain hours back after the 2nd qualifying break. The 1st qualifying break pauses the clock.

What if I drive my full 11 hours,but I have 3 hrs left of my clock . Hoe Mf t hours will I gain back if go into sleeper berth?

If you drive for 11 hours and pause your clock, you will gain no hours back. Your clock will only pause. In this scenario, you are better just taking a 10 hour break and resetting your clocks.
