There is one incidence...
People catch a person selling on vehicle what appear like ‘branded’ mattress. They tear open the mattress cover and to their shock ..see thermocol inside it instead of the regular foam and/or coir. The fake thermocol mattress is given well-known brand names of mattress companies using covers.
Scammers are selling such fake mattresses in rural areas, where people are unaware about it. Especially, the people traveling home to home on vehicles and on roadside selling. The cheap thermocol mattresses are sold for hefty prices to unsuspecting buyers. Sometimes, they are sold for cheap prices in the name of ‘discount’ offers.
Sleepwell Mattress WARRANTY REGISTRATION is needed to know mattress is original.
To avail warranty benefits, it has to be registered with the company.

Today I purchased sleepwell spine tech king size mattress. But it not contain any price tag, detail and hologram strip. Only a small QR code lable is tagged on one side of mattress. Is it original or not. Sleepwell spine tech is written on QR code lablè and QR code is TT0L1M1D. Please clear my confusion. Thank you

Sir, I have purchased sleepwell Genx 1.0 4 days back on diwali offer from sleepwell distributors store Ameerpet. As you said there is sleepwell brand name on the mattress cover. But they didn't gave any warranty card also I didn't get any registered message from sleepwell. Please tell me is it duplicate or original. I have ordered customized size. And it's delivered in 5 days. Also mattress is not comfortable. When we sit it is totally compressing down without any support. I'm wondering is it original or duplicate. Please respond.

Bcz I'm not feeling comfortable once we sit or stand or sleep side way, mattress is compressing down totally. Nd it is not giving any back support getting backpain issue. Lower back pain medium firm mattress good.i reccomend two types of foam structure first is Base of mattress 4inch bonded foam top of it 1inch soft foam . Second is 1inch HR foam plus 4inch bonded foam plus 1inch soft foam. You can use both mattress both side.

For parents Dignity because medium firm feel and u can fleep mattress if firm feel needed. For u if no back pain problem than go for impression otherwise comfort cell best. For kids u can use impression mattress.

In this budget better hoga ki ap 32 density ka foam leke uske upr cover chada de. It will be durable and firm. 6*7ka mattress reddy purchase mat kare quality achhi nahi ayegi.
