Every time I hear a banjo it brings back a fond memory . I've been a musician for 34 years and I was a heavy metal guitarist in my youth but I studied classical and play many styles . One time me and all my metal head friends were in Gatlinburg TN. and we were hiking and came across this old fellow playing the banjo on the porch of his cabin . I immediately pulled out my guitar and started playing dueling banjo guitar parts and he jumped right in . We ended up drinking a bunch of moonshine and slept right there .What a blast we had . Thanks for posting .

A young Willow Osborne, playing foggy mountain breakdown 8 years ago randomly showed up on my "discover" list. Your appearance on David Letterman from 9 years ago was at the end of her video. I'm REALLY glad youtube doe not have a time limit on uploads! Willow and you guys were great then, everyone is still putting on timeless performances today.

omg I feel so old now. I jammed out on the dueling banjos (revenge of the guitar) and have shared that for years... WOW... it really has been 10 years. I swear once you hit adult hood it just all seems like yesterday. Jesus.

Just stay with good old bluegrass music, and don't get caught up in the modern sounds we hear a lot of today, you guys are good Scruggs style of playing. I love it, I'm over 80 years old, but still enjoy playing my banjo whenever possible. Unfortunately Covid has put a damper on group playing? Y'all do excellent
