The combo shots of the lure action with your rod action is immensely helpful. It seems that very minimal twitch and walk-the-dog technique is necessary to create scary good bite trigger

Swimbaits works the same. Swimbaits got more tail action. Trout would not prefer the "Slick" over the regular swim baits. Save your money.
