I feel like that's his fault he pulled a gohan as you know all the Saiyans through the Zenkai boost have unlimited potential, it doesn't help that the dragon balls can wish them back to life so if he isn't as strong as Goku and Vegeta and keep in mind he wasn't kicked off the planet cuz he was weaker than Goku Goku literally was the weakest of the brunch at first. If he's that weak and he didn't train that's on him
