I was at a house party recently and the host was making little burgers. When they were ready he said "who wants some sliders?" and I whispered "sliders" and some random dude was like "yo, what the hell! I haven't heard that in years" and now we're good friends. He's over at my house right now binging it. Good times

Friday nite chill show from youngling Fox channel in the '90's.

When Sliders switched over to cable which I did not have and I think it was this season, I went to my friend's house every week to watch. If I didn't feel like going she would record it on the 'ole VCR.

This needs a reboot . Lets go .

you know for the mid 90's "1995" the special effects in this series are pretty good. they should bring back sliders and reboot this show one day. who knows if it is rebooted in the 2020's the show might look even more technically advanced today then it did back then.

quinn wade and the professor running away at 0:25 seconds kind of reminds me at the end of some of the episodes of sliders when it's time to slide on some of the episodes rembrandt quinn wade and professor arturo run because their being chased by someone and quinn has to use the timer to open the vortex and they have to slide in order to escape. one episode they drove a van into the vortex/wormhole and quinn said i hope the vortex can handle the mass of the truck lucky for them it did.

Sliders my favorite show

This show is awesome.I bought the recently released Mill Creek collection. This is my fav season.

You know it's possible for this series to continue, and there's a way to cover the time gap. Over ten years have passed and Rembrandt was in some kind of stasis that kept him sliding for that long. Call it a effect from the virus he injected himself with. You all can fill in the blanks.

i bought the miller creek collection of sliders at wal mart for like 30 bucks all five seasons in one case good deal.

This is the season 4-5 theme. Not that there's anything wrong with it, but I felt the need to point it out.

I saw this series again for 1 or 2 episodes last weekend. (After years and years of not seeing it, I was not sure if I had seen it before, but after a couple of minutes my memory was back again). It's still broadcasted during some days on RTL Nitro (a German themed-channel). They also have Knight Rider, MacGyver and Quantum Leap (which they translate to: Back into History). MacGyver is still my all time favorite.

This was a way better theme tune than the one in season 1. The wormhole graphics were the best here too - before they went stupid

that scene at night time at 0:41 seconds is that episode in season one in the sliders episode one two pilot where their stuck in that world where the russian's rule america if i remember correctly the scene at 0:41 seconds is the scene where quinn rembrandt wade and professor arturo break curfew the russian guard asked wade to see their id she says they don't have time for this and kicks the guy in the shin's then the four of them run away trying to escape good scene. that scene is in all three intros the running scene at the end it's looks the best in the show opening for season one.

Thanks for sharing this! Oddly enough, this seems to be different from the way it was originally broadcast, but that actually worked out to my benefit! Let me explain: The original Season 3 theme went on more of a downbeat note on the original bridge, at 0:29. (Pardon me if my terminology isn't correct; I've never studied music.) Starting with Season 4 and continuing into Season 5, the bridge had much more of an upbeat, "high adventure" sound. Yet here you've got the Season 3 theme with the "high adventure" bridge! Mind you, this isn't a complaint. I had been looking everywhere online for the music to Season 4. (I didn't care about the visuals; I just wanted the music.) So this video actually solved that problem for me! I don't know if this was an honest mistake, or if you deliberately swapped it out for some reason, or if this is actually how you saw it when it aired (perhaps in other countries, the Season 4 music was dubbed over the reruns?). But whatever the case, thanks again for sharing this. It was just what I needed! :)

It was entertaining show but stupid af. Characters always did smth stupid. Every 5min. Especially just after arriving on new earth. Screenplay was just horrible.
