First of all, this is not a black ice. That's a frozen road. Black Ice is just a thin layer of ice formed above the road surface. It's called black ice because it is transparent, and we can see the color of the road pavement it forms on. BTW awesome video.

Bhai yeh bhi black ice hi hai… jo tum bol rahe ho woh usually shimla , mussorie mei hota hai but jaise jaise upar jao leh, ladakh se aage toh woh thin layer thick ho jaati hai matlab jagah ke hisaab se moti ho jaati hai… basically, jo barf zameen pe jamm jaye ussi pe gaadiya fisalti hai aur usko log black ice bolte hai baaki jo barf jammti nahi hai uspe gaadiya aaram se chal sakti hai bina fisle
