The #5569 - 3m Aluminium Track is mounted and the #5538 - Soft Close Tolley In-Track Activator is positioned at the end of the track that will be soft closing. The Track is installed using the #5541 - Wall Mounting Bracket. The #5545 - Bottom Guide Roller is screwed into the floor to guide the base of the door.
The Door is now prepared by connecting the #5538 - Soft Close Hanger and attaching it to #5540 - Low Headroom Plate. This entire assembly is then attached to one end of the door. The same process applies to the #5537 - 4 Wheel Trolley at the other end of the door. Take the Trolley, attach it to the Low Headroom Plate and attach both to the other end of the door. Then at the bottom of the door attach the #5544 - Guide Channel.
Install the door with the Soft Close Trolley end first at the opposite end to where you installed the In-Track Activator. Remember to line up the Bottom Guide Channel with the Bottom Guide Roller. Install the #5542 - In-Track Stop and attach a #5543 End Cap at each end of the track for a professional finish.
Please note that this installation guide is for demonstrative purposes only and to maximize the effect of the low headroom plate they should be installed flush with the top of the door.
