One thing you should probably mention is that tabby, rock and tangle slimes are the only gordos which cover teleporters.

How can a game be so relaxing and yet so scary? I went searching for guides on KZfaq just after i had to throw two of my precious "big fat cats" at the sea because of little oopsies with a rock slime that caused them to become "the evil slimes." It was traumatizing.

Yay, sadly I have been playing the game for about the week so I do know the basics but watching you play is so fun. This will help me with figuring out good slime placement because I am still struggling with finding out the best place to put certain slimes in the ranch. One question I have about the channel in general is about Doug. I've heard so much about him but can't find any videos on what he is.

Doug is a rock tabby that price had he was special because he got stuck under a farm and he had two friends one he new before he disappeared was Thomas the same kind of slime and then there is Nyancy a tabby mosaic slime that Thomas hang out with after Doug disappeared you can figure out a little more in prices last season

Mariosam100 Yes. Doug (and Thomas and the Council) are in Stumpt Price's "Slime Science" Series That is also the Start of the "Adventure Series" which continues in the "Glass Desert" Series. The "Adventure Series" is the source of the "Slime Rancher Shorts" as well. (Still ongoing storyline as well).

I've had this game in my Steam library for a long time but my laptop could never run it. It died two weeks ago and I've got a PC now, so I gave this game another try. This is going to be very helpful, I had already unlocked the Indigo Quarry but didn't know about the Puddle Slimes or Crystal Slimes there! Thank you!

For XBOX, to sprint you have to push the joystick or toggle, UP and then move it to the LEFT, you can't just move it left because then you'll move left. You want to sprint, so it's up, then in the up position you move it left

Magmaboy LD in the laboratory it is very useful to have all plorts available to fabricate items in the late game like teleporters drills pumps etc. all of which are very useful. (The laboratory is unlocked for 10,000 coins) also sleep through entire days to get the plort prices up as high as possible before you make a big sell. (The longer you avoid selling plorts the higher the prices up to a point for example I slept multiple in game days and I got the pink plorts to double in value to 14 and after I sold a few hundred the prices went down to 5 plorts the next day because I sold so many.

You are excellent at live commentating. I'd recommend doing some editing to cut down on the video time (videos over 20 minutes are generally less likely to get clicked on by viewers like me who are looking for quick info), but you really have a knack for being an entertaining teacher. My suggestion is that if you have a maxed out coral with high walls and all that stuff 15 regular sized slimes or 5 largo slimes and DONT MIX THREE SLIMES OR YOU WILL CREATE TAR AND TAR WILL EAT ALL YOUR SLIMES

Personally, I'm not a fan of this series since I bought slime rancher the day it came out. (I have about 45 hours in the game) This first episode moves quite slowly and I believe most people will learn everything you teach through playing and experimenting. A good amount of the fun in slime rancher (in my opinion) comes from learning what to do in a world without much instruction. I personally wouldn't watch this series, maybe others would. I enjoy your other videos though :)

I have a question, when I got the slime key instead of opening the Firefly door I opened the one where there is like a humid forest, I didn't know but now I'm stuck because I don't know where to get more keys?? Does it really matter in what order do I open the doors?

The order doesn't matter, there are plenty of keys around! In the dry reef there's the Pink and Phosphor Gordos as well as a second Pink slime through the island teleporter,, moss blanket has the honey and hunter gordos, the indigo quarry has the rad Gordo and a Crystal Gordo past a teleporter. There are plenty more out there as well in the glass desert and ruins so go get them keys! Hope this helps!

There's gadgets there's places you can buy there's slimes there's blue slimes there's honey slimes there's Largo slimes and there's phosphorus lines and there's Hunter x Hunter Largos and a gadgets that you can make an also there's a basketball hoop that you can throw slimes with and also there's a mansion where's there's like other Slimes like saber-tooth slimes and there's also golden slimes under canvas Kings
