I just tried this. I have dark circles under my eyes (genetics) that I am constantly struggling to cover-this did it and lasted all day. I tried orange corrector before and failed. Your technique is on point. Thank you!

Is it important to have coverage on the neck as well as the face?

it depends on your preference and whether your neck needs coverage. you definitely want to blend the edges out so it blends into your neck/hairline
