Great slingshot... a suggestion. Don't use bottles for target pratice in a forest. Animals can later step on the glass and injure themselves.

If you use anything that isnt smooth and round the bands will only last a few shots. Its cheaper to just buy clay practice ammo than have to replace bands constantly

I have one from another mfg, all same parts. I think a original wrist rocket slingshot works better. This is fun to pull out at a barbecue or something, but definitely not for legitimate hunting.

In Medieval Europe they had a contraption that was midway between a crossbow and slingshot. It's projectiles weren't arrows but small metal bolts or darts. They called it a "gunne"

Похожие самострелы делались когда то в советском детстве, но под V образный снаряд из проволоки. Короткие пистолетные модели работали исправно, лампочки в подъездах с 10 шагов били легко. А вот длинные винтовочные модели иногда страдали обратным забросом снаряда и поэтому от них в итоге отказались. Здесь при перекрутке жгута тоже есть вероятность подобного возврата снаряда.

Просто п образную шпонку делали и обратно она с винтовочного типа рогатки не прилетала. Я с 40 шагов в черенок от лопаты 10 из 10 попадал. Шампанское с 10 метров просто в пыль,правда стальную проволоку весь день в тисках гнул.

@@putaonline2686 точно)), как то ружьё делал значит, чтобы помощней, а там эта резинка как хлыст, как в по мочке уха схлопотал закинул подальше эту палку. А пистолеты на 3-4 метра точно били, в соседних подъездах стёкол и лампочек не осталось))), потом поджиги пошли из антенных трубочек..

Это уже нельзя назвать рогаткой.Скорее самострел.Раньше делали в детстве.Палка от хоккейной клюшки,деревянная бельевая прищепка и жёлтая резина купленная в аптеке.По сравнению с рогаткой этот самострел был как снайперская винтовка против пистолета.Можно было с первого раза во что угодно попасть.

Looks accurate. Just one problem. That laser is going to scare any animal off especially fowl. Try pointing a laser at a bird sometime and see what happens?

They cannot see if it if the laser is green. Green lasers have been used for woodchuck a grouse bed hunting at night for years. Even the red laser works. They only see it if it is pointed at an object near them, not on them. It's worthless during the day in bright sunlight because you can't see it.

I'm an Asian and we do hunt and just last week i shot a 50 kgs. 16 pointer brown buck body weight only does not include skin, neck, head, antler, internal and legs. I do not use stands, blinds and don't climb on a tree and I hunt at night. And I eat rice.

Долбоящерам маст хэв.... я с дианы 54 на без оптики сбиваю рубль с 50 метров в 90%..... Факовская пружина ее пробивает кстати.... но усм конечно у нее..... непереводимая игра слов, жесткий тевтонский гений Кмс по стрельбе на 50 и 300 метров.... ходил и на волков и доводилось в дагестане, 1 убил, 1 ранил

Very interested. One thing stopping me. What happens if lock mechanism fails? Does your neck get one of the metal rods. Feel safe with that blocked after cooking. ?? Nice shooting though. I am very impressed

How many people do you think would shoot their foot? Or is there a safety feature for that? I’m just imagining someone’s hand slipping while pulling the action. Edit: a “ratcheting” action on the outside of the guide arms, maybe?

only dumb ungun friendly or say a non boyscout.. ...lol my son shot his first squirel @ age 6 22mag rifle w/ scope ..he shot , dead on kill shot to.. we walked up and he asked if he could just put it back, i sad hell no we taking it home for dinner we gunna eat this critter.. and the rest is history.. lets face it man.. we got no rambos raising kids any more.. as for this product.. i think it has lots of potential , i was here loking for someone who has one to share their experience , lol... by time son became 15 we both was doing bow and arrow fishing.. father n son team on 5ft plus alligator gar....

It's amazing how he quietly crept up to those targets. If it was a real animal, which would be worse getting blinded by the laser and getting away or shot. There is a channel out of Germany, " JoergSpave " he makes far better toys than this ! The only version I liked is the fishing and that type is illegal here.

A couple things: 1. I would like to see it on a bipod/tripod for aim stability test. 2. That fishing reel is dragging down the speed of the arrow a little too much, perhaps either needs more weight on the arrow or find a reel with less friction or some other type of string delivery method.

You can hunt alike with the traditional wooden slingshot look for a branch that looks like a Y cut to your comfort fasten slings to ends of slightly notched 1/2" from top of each post once length of sling is cut to desired length you find the small piece of leather cut to holes 🕳 insert sling rubber bands work great for tying up .

Мы делали, только были тонкие резинки, у нас назывались *венгерки*, и стреляли скобками сделанными из проволоки, прицельная дальность была около 20 метров, бутылки так же бились легко.
