Sir mere father ko l4 l5 disc bulge hai mri ke anusar. Pesab me dikkat, dono pairon me dikkat, maldwar ke bagal me charo taraf bahut dikkat hai. Baith bhi nhi pate. Sir mai bahut paresan hoon. Chiropractor ko bhi dikhaya per fayda nhi. Sir mai kya karun? please reply. I need help you Sir. I don't understand what i do. Sir please reply and help.

@@MangalSingh-lo9kb iss video may doctor saheb nay jo baten batai hain agar inmay say 1 bhi hai toh operation. Agar in baton may say koi bhi nahi toh rozana sair, exercise, sahi posture aur dawai say theek ho jayega.
