Nik Nocturnal That was the first Slipknot song that I came across from Corey Taylor and Slipknot in general. But also Alex Hefner reacted to it as his first taste in heavy metal music.as well. This is his favorite metal band for him. As for me I had a friend who would talk about Slipknot a lot when he and I were in high school. I thought he was crazy. But literally after all this time he wasn’t crazy at all. In fact Slipknot is such a highly popular metal band of our generation for the past 20 years. And I even bought their recent album We Are Not Your Kind a few months back. So it’s good to hear you do a Slipknot classic for once. Also I discovered this song on ATV Off-road Fury 3 for the PS2 when I was only around ten or eleven years old. Can’t say for sure because I cannot recall the first time I heard of them. But either way still awesome though. Keep on rocking.

Nik Nocturnal Ooh. I actually had a suggestion. Because I had a great idea for a guitar cover you can do but it’s a really old metal song but it’s still really cool. How about Come On Feel The Noise by Quiet Riot? That’ll be a nostalgic feel for all the old school heavy metal people.

It's literally just a bunch of octaves. It's neither a chord progression nor is it the best part guitar was it's incredibly simple

@@tomekk.1889 it's still a progression of chords, any harmonic combination of two or more notes played simultaneously is a chord, this includes octaves. It's also a great lick, doesn't matter that it's simple.

@@tomekk.1889 every chord of the sequence is an octave dyad, essentially a "power chord" with the 5 omitted. It's probably the simplest form of chord you could play, but it's still a chord. Regardless, it's still a great riff, no idea why you're choosing to die on this hill of "I know more about music than this random internet stranger I've just encountered in the comments of this video". Get some fresh air.
