They do this sound a few times in their first album. This is actually more along the lines of the sound the band had originally intended on producing. You can actually tell that the bass and drums are the driving force and you can really hear all the percussion not just Joey. Its supposed to be more of a jam session than a traditional song. I really enjoy this sound and I appreciate that they were actually confident to do it multiple times in this album!

I'm binge watching all of these right now , slipknot is my fav band since I was 8, I'm 28 now. They got me into heavy metal and this album is in my top 5 albums off all time in metal . Masterpiece.

Dude, trust me... "Gently" is one of the most beautiful thing I've ever heard in my life. I'm not able to understand your whole speach just because I'm russian, but anyway thank u for reaction on my one of the most favourite song.

It`s a awsome song, alwys missed this one during the years listening to slipknot, found it last year and it`s a real banger with it`s darkness and transition to real crazy in the end. Love it

This is actually one of Slipknot's very very early songs with their old singer. Corey definitely does it better, but all in all its on the lower tier of Slipknot songs for me. By the way, I'm going through the whole playlist with you here and just dropping a comment to help the channel. Enjoy.
