The singer is Corey Taylor, very versatile. their songs generally bounce between heavy and lighter contrasts, and you may want to see the acoustic versions of Snuff to him without the mask, and a softer side to his voice. They all wear masks every time they perform

You should watch "Snuff" (live) from Corey Taylor or listen to Stone Sour "Through the Glass" (same singer). That are songs with his singing voice and he is an incredible singer, his voice carries A TON of emotions! Slipknot is a lot more aggressive with a lot of growling, but i like that too... Normally i am more of a rockmusic kinda guy, but Slipknot is a rare metal exception for me personally.
