I've been with Slipknot since 99 and Nero Forte is one of my favorite of their songs. Maybe bc it includes themes of getting older and thinking clearer and moving on from toxic people, but it also just shreds as a Slipknot tune

There’s no music video for it and not many people react to it, but you should check out their song “Not Long For This World”. It’s off the same album as this song, and it’s so good. Trying to get more people onto it, it’s my favorite song from the album.

Fun fact: Their masks for this album was co-designed by horror-movie special effects master himself: Tom Savini (Sex Machine from "From Dusk to Dawn" to name one of his more famous roles). Yes, this song is about the life-long struggle Corey has had with depression in-part related to his lack of faith and not being able to find a religion that suits him.

Whats up Ash✌New sub here and a huge fan of Linkin Park and Slipknot as well as other bands, but i want to recommend a hop over to Linkin Park when you get a chance to hear the iconic song called Given Up. I promise you, you wont be disappointed at all🤘
