The "Tupperware" is designed for salads. Lettuce in the bottom; meats, cheeses, veggies, croutons, etc in the divided tray, dressing in the center cup container. Knife and fork, no spoon, because who uses a spoon to eat salad?

Every winter up here in northern Ontario Canada for decades now I switch my wife's cars to the winter wheels with studded snow tires. Always All Wheel Drive , Four Wheel Drive or X Drive cars. Got to keep her safe .

Buckstop in Prineville does high quality strong custom bumpers and cattle catchers… It is in your stomping grounds and probably could use some KZfaq exposure. They did a great job on my one ton Ram combination bumper/cow catcher/winch mount/light mounts. Look’em up!

@@ladycdesigns3472 - It is also called Bull Bar, plus a few other things… In our area, northern Washington state, they are primarily for Deer, but useful for cows and horses in our large open range areas.

During the winter you can put refrigerated items only in the headboard and then just microwave it to warm up.

Hopefully you install a winch to go with the new front bumper. It would only make sense. Also,thank you for using your fingers to run the wheel nuts in some before throwing the impact on them. I've seen it happen to many times, somebody lazy or in a hurry & spin lug nuts on..destroying the threads. Hope you have a good n safe season this year

That bumper can add also more weight to your steering axle and improve towing weight distribution. =) Btw, have you considered putting plaques on those lightbars that'll say something along the lines of "property of cascade heavy resque, if found alongside the road please return to XXX"? =)

In the comments of the video in which the lightbar came off, several people commented to identify it for possible return. The reply to that suggestion alluded to an incident years ago whereby an object identified as belonging to him was turned into an expensive fiasco of some kind.

We've been avoiding the Crescent Cutoff because it's on the new list of not being taken care of by DOT. It takes almost the same amount of time to go 97 to 58. With the DOT cutting back on road care by 15% it will probably be a bad winter for us, and good one for you.

As someone who spent a lot of time on Oregon roads pulling trailers as an RV transporter, I did my share of dancing with deer. The best thing I found to help was an electronic deer whistle. The deer would react to it at about 100 yards. The type I have is made for motorcycles. 🦌

Driving on ice is a delicate balance. You know what you are doing, unfortunatelly not everybody else does. Have had many close calls with people losing control on ice. Must be scary working on the side of the road in the mountains. Be safe!

Winter tires are great, for most cars in comparison to all seasons. But in comparison to studs on an all terrain Im sure the studs are more reliable on icy dirt roads. Cheers 🍻

I can't recall the name, but a while back I had tires with crushed walnuts mixed into a soft rubber tire. They worked very well

Those are the Toyo Observes. They’re fanatic! Although much less tolerant to warm temperatures than other snow tires, if you run them too late in the spring.
