Elite Beat Agents final portion - "Without a Fight" and "Jumpin' Jack Flash"

Music LIVES! Strange as it sounds, a level about blowing up aliens is one of the two stages that get to me emotionally in this game (along with You're the Inspiration). It was so exhilarating years back when I first got to the part that says Music Lives over and over, probably partially because of how many times I had tried and failed to get there, lol.
This is my most ambitious Elite Beat Agents video gameplay-wise of course.

I like to imagine in every song, the agents are dancing to music their 'client' likes, dancing to the tune for others. But I like to imagine Jumping Jack Flash is THEIR music, dancing to their OWN tune for the final battle!

Same here. I played this game maybe 15 years ago. I am now a grown ass adult, watching this at work, and I actually felt like crying a little bit when they got de-petrified haha Even though it's a silly game about an agency that dances to encourage people to solve their problems, the game is so well made and really fun with a great story and soundtrack. And it is also so niche, almost no one I knew then or know now knows about the game.

I was stuck on this stage for months on Chieftain mode. My wrist gets sore just watching this. But it was such a rush when I finally beat it, I think I almost threw my DS across the room I was so happy =P

It’s genuinely upsetting that this game has probably joined the ranks of DEF jam fight for New York when it comes to titles that will never, ever see a re-release due to how stupid the copyright system is. Such a creative game that’s only going to get more and more expensive overtime.

Reconditioned DS are everywhere and they also sell those cartridges full of games or even with USB ports where you can put in the games. I’d love to just use emulators on a tablet or something like that but they’re unfortunately a lot of work to set up and get working right.

Oh man, I'm having video game war flashbacks of the second half of this video....I was stuck on this last part for years because that second to last and last section would always trip me up. Oh man, it took me *so long* to beat this and unlock the final difficulty. Which, strangely enough, after this difficulty, was actually *easier* to do!

“Without a Fight” is the absolute perfect song for the scenario of fighting back. “Jumping Jack Flash” ruined that mood entirely for me. It should’ve been a more triumphant/defiant song.

While "Jumping Jack Flash" was definitely an odd choice for the final level, I still think "Without a Fight" was a perfect "pre-finale" song, as it was the human race telling the aliens, "We're not going down without a fight"
