This looks great. I am going to give it a try tomorrow. I bought my chicken quarters today because they looked good and they were only $.89/lb. You just can't beat that. I might use a meat temp tester and turn the chicken off a little sooner than you did. I think I will use a little corn starch in that lucious gravy to thicken it up and pour over rice and the chicken when I plate it up. Looks really good. I'd start right on it now but we only have 3 hrs till supper. Loved your video. Thanks for making and posting it.

Oh man, I really like your idea about making it thicker and putting over rice. I love gravy. My family are all weird eaters, they won't even eat the chicken quarters. And gravy, don't get me started. I bought 10 lbs of quarters for $4.89. It was soooo cheap! Definitely buying this way from now on

Just a friendly tip: save one of those seasoning bottles when it’s empty. Make your own seasoning mix and fill it up.

How many pounds of chicken was it

I know you said cook it seven hours but you did not mention on low or high.

Did she wash the chicken? and there's a lot of extra skin. Looks good, but I wouldn't eat it.

Hi Tom, any time I have chicken with the skin on it I always wash first, kinda gross if you don't. That is the reason why I got sidetracked and seasoned them off camera. I washed them and went on to season them and realized I forgot to record it. lol You are correct, there was a lot of extra skin. I do enjoy the skin, but I can see how others would not. Thanks so much for watching.
