If anyone knew how many days in a row I got on KZfaq to type in, “Slow Pulp KEXP” they would know how damn happy I was for it to finally yield the result I wanted just now! What a performance, what a record, what a band. Saw them in Denver on this tour and they were incredible! Was so pleased to hear so much of Moveys, too, which is arguably my favorite record from that year. Such a balanced setlist. Sold out show, too, much like most of the tour. They deserve it all!

They should lean into the country vibe more often, Broadview is absolutely incredible. Montana is also amazing from their last record

Slow Pulp is my favorite band! Yard is my favorite album that came out this year. They are incredible live. I will never get tired of their music. Even on my worst days I listen their songs and it cheers me up. Gotten me through sone difficult times in my life. So honored to be living at the same time as them

The wholesome warmth from Cheryl gets me every damn time. What a wonderful host, what a wonderful band! Saw them yesterday in Antwerp. Every song was clean, album crisp quality! Spotify Wrapped nr 1 :)

God DAYUMN this band hits all the right spots. I can't quite put my finger on it, but they sound really unique and fresh. For it basically being kinda conventional indie rock with clean female vocals, I like it a lot more than I should lol, they can def write a song, and great tone in all departments 👍

been waiting ages for this, love the new album, and their previous KEXP performance was 10/10. But I'm slightly disapointed with this session. The guitars don't sound great at all, usually KEXP is top notch with the sound, so maybe it's the live versions letting the songs down? Who knows, either way, love the album and will listen to this another 100 times.

Felt that for some songs they just used slightly cleaner pedals/effects for live stuff on some of the new album. It was similar when I saw them in person, it was underwhelming at first but I came to appreciate it towards the end of the show! But you certainly might be hearing something im not…
