With only 140 HP (103 KW) this 2005 Audi A3 2.0 tdi is a fun car to drive and that s tronic gearbox is a game changer.
I drove the Audi a3 2.0 tdi on the no speed limit highway (Autobahn) and reached the top speed. while doing that I did a 0-100 kph acceleration and a 100-200 kph acceleration. And BONUS I got the chance to race a Ford Fiesta Ecoboost both of us driving at top speed on the autobahn were there is no speed limit. DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A NO SPEED LIMIT HIGHWAY OR IF YOU ARE NOT AN EXPERIENCED DRIVER !!!

@@cosminhutuleac57 peste tot era plastic. Pe bord era ceva material mai moale. Dar panourile de la usi era plastic dur, asa cum vezi in masini ieftine, nu iti da impresia ca te afli intr-o masina de 40.000€. Daca nu erau ceasurile alea, ai fi zis ca este o masina low cost

I've a 2.0 tdi a3 dpf egr deleted and stock housing hybrid turbo and map, iv clocked it at 160mph, don't doubt the a3, mighty car

Mild ecu&dsg tunes do wonders,especially on highway. I left exhaust entact&kerma tuned.So much more torque, highway passing power 10x better

160kmh is more than enough. I also don't floor my cars all the time. On the Autobahn at 130kmh, is enough.

Salut. Mi-a facut placere sa o conduc, este foarte stabila. Motorul este destul de potent iar cutia schimba foarte bine. Pentru 16 ani care ii are, merge ceas, parerea mea.

The AWD gives you an advantage from a standing start but will create more drag on higher speeds 😊

Mine is also manual 6 speed but its limited to 200 kph (i dont need more than this) .I tried top speed runs a few times and my rpm are in the middle to high 3 000 not on 4 000.

220 km/h on speedo is about 210 km/h (gps) if we're optimistic. Official top speed is 207 km/h. 0-100 time is downhill, so 7 and something seconds makes sense. Official 0-100 time is 9,7 seconds.

Sounds about right, my old Golf MK5 would do 140 on the clock flat out which is about 127mph if you account for variation, which is about the maximum speed for the gearbox ratios.

Ive tested my a6 2.0tdi 170hp, it showed 225 on the speedo, which is exactly how much it says from the factory, but it was sliiiiightly uphill, probably couldve gone more on another patch of road... but not so much difference for 30hp less 🤔

This is remapped for sure, 2013 A3 2.0 tdi does 0-100 in 8.2s, there's no way the older one does it in 7.7

Jeah absolutely mine has over 250k km and I had to replace many things on the car but never on the engine. The engine is still working perfect never had problems.

@@ARDITADJ-cx4vd not all séries the 2003 and 2004 who have but we have the mk5 from 2004 his engine have 331000 km milage and he keep running and the mk5 2.0 tdi 140 have 2 engine on white Bosch systems injection and one with simence and simence have a issue with injectors but Bosch haven't this problem because his injectors ase same of golf mk4 1.9 tdi 130 150 and the 140 have the same turbo of 130 if you don't know and the Bosch from 2005 and up its very reliable i have my friend have one of his father his milage 600000 and no problem all those years from 2006 and he change only the turbo 2 time because in algeria my country the condition is very hot all the years but the engine still running now with no problem those engine love changing the oil in 5000km and all filters because the condition on Africa or Europe or USA its note the same and the mentality of proprietor it's not the same

One of my friends has the exact same car and she always thinks shes fast as hell but watching this just makes me laugh my ass off lol, its so slow compared to my current car, Im propably gonna show her this video lol, should be enough to make it clear that shes just embarrassing herself by bragging about her lousy 140hp audi, atleast she has a manual trans and not a boring autotranny. It's just so funny because my previous car, a Kia with a 1.8l diesel engine, was faster than that and it was a rust bucket with nearly 300.000kms, I sadly had to get rid of it because it didnt pass inspections anymore

This car is remaped. This speed is about 170 -180hp😉👍 So, it's not 140hp yet 🤣

It is not remaped. Last year I did a turbocharger rebuild on this car and I can surely say that it is not remaped. If you watch on the channel, I have a video with a e90 318d with 140hp and I believe that it had almost the same top speed. And you can compare this two with the passat b6 2.0 tdi, it has 170hp. And surely you will notice the diference. 😊

@@SlowFord One thing is clear. This car it's impossible to be stock. Do you know why ? Because I have had 4 engines like your car and I'm 100% sure that; Stock engine with 2.0 tdi 140 hp is about 8.9 to 9.3sec 0 - 100km/h. Watch your video on the 05:30sec you have one acceleration; 0-100km/h which is only 7.75sec so, it's about 1.50sec faster than stock, and that is the reason why I can't believe and why is impossible for me...!!!

@@musicsoffice well, first thing, it is not my car. Second thing, the owner has the car for almost 4 years, maybe the owner before him, did a tune, but I don't think so. I know the video and I know the 0-100kmh time, I filmed it. 😅😂 Do you also had a dsg automatic transmission?

@@SlowFord Yes, I had. 2 DSG and 2 Manuels. DSG = 9.3sec to 100km/h. Manuel = 8.9sec to 100km/h.

@@musicsoffice that is kind of slow for a 140hp dsg. Maybe it was something different with yours. Or maybe you are right and the one in the video was tunned. The owner of it didn't tunned it. And it didn't felt fast.
