50lb overhead trap bar was definitely harder, but this was still its own unique beast...
and correction on the first text commentary on the video - the first Long Train Runnin' attempt was right after my 2nd SBC AAA today (Drifting Away), and then the next flag was after the 3rd SBC AAA (Nothing Gonna Stop)
06/09/2024 - back and biceps day (mostly doing pull ups and chin ups between DDR rounds, but doing static barbell curls during DDR!). This was also a very late night session starting less than an hour from and passing through midnight - after finally coming back home from a weekend family trip. Gotta squeeze in these workouts when I can!!
