The things Luffy went through in those arcs since Sabaody to Marine Ford, its so sad. First he lost his crew. Then he landed on an island where women were attacking him and all the while he was thinking of his crew. Then he learnt that Ace will be executed. He was poisoned at Impel Down. Escaped Impel Down (all thanks to the amazing Bon-chan, you will not be forgotten) Finally arrived at Marine Ford just to lose his brother right infront of him.

No scene in any literature or show has impacted me as much as Ace's death. Before watching it I hadn't cried for years, and to this day One Piece is the only show that has made me cry.

One Piece made me cry so many times. How does Oda do it? Even after 20 years he always manages to come up with stories and characers that get me so emotional and attached to them. What a masterpiece!

My best friend passed away last month. He introduced me to One Piece. I've felt pretty empty inside since and nothing has really felt real. Listening to this caused me to to finally cry

The intro to this cover just hits different. That piano just does something to my soul and I usually find myself repeating the first 20 seconds or so a few times. Fantastic job guys. Every time I hear this it brings me back to the emotions I felt when Ace died
