Excellent vid. Thank you very much for the beautiful drone shots of the October landscape in Maine. Just amazing. How blessed you two are to enjoy such beauty. Have you two been visited by the "hairy man" yet ? It is Just a matter of time before the myth and legend becomes reality. I have found huge tracks just a few miles west of Andover Maine back in 2005.

Why does honey crystalize and can you still use it and how? Is there a way to store it that it won’t do that?

Most natural Real Raw honey will crystalize in time. If it doesn't crystalize then it's probably not real Raw honey. It's still good to use when crystalized as honey does not expire. If you want it liquid again just heat the honey. Put that jar in hot water and it will melt it back to liquid. Store honey in a warm place and it will last longer before it crystalizes.
