When I was a kid we al we always lived in rental homes. When we moved out they always looked drastically better. I can remember as a small child pulling weeds. The whole family participated.

This phenomenon is sweeping the nation, I'm in a million dollar neighborhood in Staten Island New York and have an absentee landlord who bought the house next-door and filled it with section 8 lowlifes AND YOU KNOW THE REST!!!!

Maybe the landlord expects the tenant to do yard maintenance. Most of the landlord's I've rented from do. Anyway, you did a great job. It looks so much better.

Who knows, maybe people who live there actually cut the grass few times, but then get fed up because it just make the slum lord took benefit of it. Maybe the slum lord do it for purpose, for free lawnmower. There's people like that exist.

@@kristineguetschow9134 I guess we can believe what we want about why the grass was so out of control. But at the end of the day, the tenant has to care about the grass getting so high as that will present hazardous conditions as snakes and animals can begin living in there. 🤷🏽
