Isn't slump cone supposed to be upside down?

Inverted cone is for slump test. This is slump flow test. This is used for high workability concrete. Anyway both tests are used to determine the workability of concrete.

you're doing the test in a wrong way ! read the recommandation again you must fill in 3 types while stitching each layer 25 times !
