RIP MR.SHAKESPHERE, one of the greatest bass players in ANY music.Avery sad day for us as this team of Sly/ Robbie was what we grew up on with this music,way to young...just a sad feeling because of our love for this music....a Damm shame

Literally just saw Robbie Shakespeare is dead. We're all getting old. In the 80's when I was 17 I saw the Taxi Connection Tour with Sly & Robbie, Ini Kamoze, Half Pint & Yellowman in Dublin Ireland. A few years before that I saw The Wailers & Black Uhuru (original lineups). I still have the bootleg tape of that gig in my draw. I haven't played it in probably 30 years....
