You were not serious about working out if you did not dream about having a body like Stallone's in the 80's and early 90's. I am happy to say that at the age of 50, I have finally accomplished this look and level of fitness and I owe it all to OMAD, the science behind nutrition is mind boggling, we know so much more now and because of this I am in better shape and healthier than I have ever been.

There maybe many bigger guys out there, but none of them inspire me, they are just big...nothing else. Stallone is very inspirational. He really inspires all of us who workout.

I have his book "Sly Moves". In it he talks about how he never took fitness serious until the middle of filming Rocky 1 when he was 29 yrs old.Rocky was released in late 1976 when he was 30. Stallone is a good example of exercise longevity.Many people give up working out right around the age that Stallone just started to take it serious.His workout book is inspirational.

Rambo 3 physique is my ultimate goal. Big inspiration, got some huge poster hanging in my home gym. Yes I do understand that low of a bodyfat is dangerous, but well, just something to keep me busy for the next 10 years as a natural.

Thanks so much for this. Does anyone have the interview Sly did on the Rambo 2 set, back in 1984, for national morning TV? He was interviewed by Maria Shriver and was pantsed by Richard Crenna during the interview. Then when Richard Crenna was interviewed for the same program, Sly hit Crenna in the face with a cream pie. I would love to see footage of this video interview on KZfaq, if anyone has it in their archives!
