Dang I thought ceeszee had a pretty incredible route and then sm64expert does that crazy strat and beats it by 2 seconds. Reminds me of Eru winning that THI task by 5 seconds.

This route variety legitemately made me open my mouth. Holy shit that was such a ride of emotions. I felt like a 10 year smash fan watching King K rool's reveal, the routes were amazing!

Slightly annoyed that I didn't get round to entering since Expert's strat was the first (and only) thing I thought of... Oh well - well done to all of you, especially Expert for getting 1st and CeeSZee for breaking the curse with a great route! So many relatively new names getting top 10 too monkaS

It's when you press c-up right before mario slides so he starts gaining a lot of speed. Second only to the BLJ in terms of achieving hyperspeed.

I hacked the poles to be groundpounded instead of groundpounding them myself because i was being lazy, but it didn't occur to me that you can't groundpound the chain chomp pole without collecting the coin, so it was fully groundpounded but the coin was still present aka impossible
