It`s beautiful. I lived in a tiny 1975 Chevy van RV for 7 years. I just bought a used 30 ft 5th wheel to live in after being homeless and disabled for years. I hope there are no serious unseen issues but it looked very nice and for the price (4500) I snapped it up while I could.

We have a 2021 2552 and we love ours. Lost of room for two adults and one small dog. Storage on the interior is plentiful. Everything is built using time tested methods. Very well built.

If I were to guess the price of this RV, it woulv've been low 100s. It amazes me people would spend over $200k for this when you can buy a beautiful, well cared for, pre-owned Prevost or Newell for $200k!!

Yes, we truly have to point out many of the distinctions that make our coach what it is. Much of the differences are in the bones.. it is often taken granted all manufacturers invest in the structure/chassis like we do. But at the end of the day, a buyer has to be comfortable with what they want in a coach and know their personal budget. I completely respect that and so thankful that we have a group of customers that have found that we work best for them as there are so many options out there.

We are really looking at PC. Toured the factory and I was impressed for many reasons. They build a quality coach and quality costs. When you see how they are made it makes sense. When we talk to the owners they only have nice things to say with the coach. Recently PC asked for things people would like to see. I’m hoping they add some of those soon. PC is also available in 4wd from Quigley except for the 2100. I sound like a salesman 😂. Nice video

We actually almost bought one of these, it was the larger coach around 30 ft with triple slides but we decided on the Newmar Class A Baystar for the added room and storage. But we reallly like the quality of the Phoenix Crusier. Nice presentation.

I love that you have brightened up the interior color..... Dark brown through out an RV reminds me of a GOTHIC MUSEUM..... How do people actually relax in such gloomy colors ....... When I purchase an RV I insist on a solid exterior color as I have never been a fan of all those swirls and strips.... A compressor fridge would also be a must..... Beautiful RV and thanks for showing it

You might test the air conditioner in the warmest place folks go. I have a 23 foot and 1 air and went by Yuma Arizona. At two in the morning I got up and drove away it didn’t go below 97 degrees with it running continuously. I started the Ac on my Ford and we were ok to leave.

Most important safety: Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) since overloading against most state laws and if overloading proven in an accident, I'm told some insurance companies will not pay. Nearly all RV sales people never discuss. Tiffin's first class C was an OCCC disaster since they used real wood, solid countertops, etc like they were designing a Class A. I see what looks like real wood in this and again the solid counter stops which are great looking but what is the OCCC? So few people are unaware until it's too late.

So True Earl! You bring up a very good point. We typically do not comment on OCC as we have so many options that will vary the weight, but on this particular 2351D.... there is about 1500lbs of cargo capacity to work with (after accounting for fluids, occupants etc)... You would have to work really hard to use that up on this coach :-)

Phoenix is a quality builder and they did alot of customization...back in the old days before they went to a dealer network they offered their models with no slide options....this was great because you could save on price as well as weight....do they stll offer this option?

Loved your video. Is there an option for white or cream laminate and trim instead of wood grain? The faux woodgrain look is so dated and depressing. Lighter material would make the interior feel even larger.

Phoenix appears to be a quality product. Nice coach and nice thought to design. My negatives are..it appears you would have to squeeze into the bathroom (due to the door not fully opening because of themattress). More importantly, add another 6" to the length of this coach to add a pocket door for the bedroom. Accordian doors are awful. They are flimsy, often break and offer little privacy.

Have a 2008 Phoenix cruiser 2552 that I use and enjoy. Many nice features but wish they offered a dinette. I hate the table in front of sofa. Hard to eat from/awkward.

$217k MSRP for this class C without a “gel-coat” real fiberglass roof (it has the thin fiberglass “fabric” roofing material, not real gel coat fiberglass like the side walls, please correct me if I am wrong)… approaching Coach House prices.

Just wondering about your opinion. I was watching a walk thru for a High End Class A they combined the grey and Black tanks together. Their thought was more water in the combined tank will break down solids quicker...what do you think?

@@garytucker8739 One tank instead of two can give more room for storage of other items, you only have one grey/black tank. I would run some of the bacteria that breaks down the solids in the tank so it would clean easier. If you run the bacteria you cannot use strong chemicals for cleaning as it would kill off the bacteria in the tank.

When dealers and influencers insist on videotaping units using Wide Angled Lenses...it gives viewers a distorted view of the unit's actual size and dimensions. When will people learn that fooling viewers into thinking a unit is wider or longer than it actually is, only intensifies the disappointment when the unit is finally viewed in person. When will they learn???

I agree with you, it's a tough one... anyone interested could get the factory set discounted pricing from one of our dealers. Having said that it's comparable to coaches in our class that have similar construction priorities.

Sorry I didn’t see much of anything that warrants a price tag of 217,000. Manufacturers have to start realizing that they are forcing potential customers to either keep and update existing rigs or buying used ones privately.

Yes, the pricing out there right now is tough... while we typically only share "MSRP"... our dealers do not sell at MSRP, we set the price at a discount below MSRP and that pricing can be provided by the dealer. I cringe every time we receive a price increase from our supplier, because I know that it really does have an impact that many budgets can not work with. Whether someone buys new or a used Phoenix Cruiser, I'm happy they whenever they choose our product., Safe travels!! Tina

I hate saying this because they seem like really nice people, but the design of the cabinets, furniture, and upholstery seems old fashioned to me. Great use of space though.

This is a nice RV but for me if I can't open a bathroom door and cabinets all the way it would be a no-go.

We hear you. The bedroom cabinets were like that because this customer chose a thicker mattress: the standard mattress would not cause this problem. Thanks for watching!

yes, I would agree as well! So we decided to keep the thicker mattress and modify the cabinets to accommodate it. The bathroom door can be fully opened when the slide is in as well as out. There is also an option for a shorter mattress :-), thanks for sharing your thoughts! Tina

Overpriced, too small on the height deck, and cabinets that can't be opened fully in the bedroom and the bathroom seemed a bit cramped too. For the same price point you can get a Leisure Travel van for pretty much the same amount.

I truly appreciate your thoughts!! We certainly put a lot into the construction and chassis, not to mention building less than 3 per week, has an impact on the bottom line. Construction and volume thru-put does vary by manufacturing providing options for less if that is where a customer's budget is. safe travels, Tina
