Swedish Pancake Recipe for one:
125 ml flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
250 ml milk
1 egg
Mix the flour, salt and sugar. Whisk in half of the milk until smooth. Add the remaining milk and the egg. Fry thin pancakes in plenty of butter over medium-high heat.
