Bad design. Only way I saw to get to the upstairs bedrooms was from the outside. No interior stairs from the 1st to the 2nd floors.

not practical entrance to second floor.... Entrance needs to be from inside the house.... security issues...

I really enjoy the look of this. But I myself would remove a few windows.

La tercer recamara muy incómoda, tiene que salir al balcón y luego entrar a la construcción para ir al baño. Luego volver a salir al balcón para llegar a la recamara ... nada funcional. Viendo otra vez la casa, la parte de arriba queda muy bien para rentar o poner un despacho, estudio, taller de costura, oficina en casa etc. Independiente de la casa para recibir proveedores, clientes etc. Me encanta la idea. Cortas esta 8dea me enamoro del proyecto ❤❤❤
