Are plans available? I don't need this yet, but at 79 ya never know. I've already caught the downsizing bug. But I'd need local Amish builders to extend the width by at least 2' so I could have a full length sofa bed in the living room. At 5' tall myself, living alone except for the chows, I don't need anything more than that. Then I could use the bedroom for something else like generalized storage. Books, clothes, emergency food, etc. I'd need one of the bedroom windows replaced with an exit door. Don't need high ceilings either; they're attractive but still harder to heat in winter. As an outdoorsy type, with the amount of insurance due if tragedy struck my present home, I still might be able to afford a deep covered porch all around too, with plenty of gingerbread to recall my beloved 2200 sq ft Vic from 1880 according to Zillow. Maybe even arched adjustable transomes over the living room windows and front door at least. In short I love the design; but you know people like to personalize places according to their individual needs and tastes.
