Nice coastal home for a family of 5. Each kid would have their own bedroom. Master is nice and floor plan workable.

The small bedrooms makes me feel like a peasant after seeing the master bedroom. I feel sorry for the kids that will grow up in there. Hahaha, come to think of it, the parents have retired bcuz they put their kids to work as content creators and they take a 90% cut! Damn that afghan hit me hard! Anyone else up for a pizza?

4 bedrooms forces too many compromises on a small footprint. The kitchen is a dark dead end room, the dining area is also small and part of the kitchen, and the living room is both small and doing double duty as an entrance and reception hall. There is plenty of floor space for a very comfortable 3 bedroom home and rearrange and resize the rooms to live in. This house is rather a variation on what was a quite common floor plan in Toronto in the 40s, 50s, and 60s. The potential is there for a home that lives large.

Please, bro, make a complete floor plan on an 8 x 19 land, with 3 rooms, there is a special room for cooking with firewood), kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet (not near the bedroom and kitchen either), prayer room, front fence with decorative lights , motorport, fish pond to the left of the front of the house, front porch of the house and there is also a side terrace. Sino PO Kaya gumawa ng 3D at floor Plan ng bahay’ Baka pwede ako mgpagawa ng same 3D at floor plan pero minimal revision Lang nakatayo na kasi Ang bahay’ bali renovation Lang sana especially sa exterior.. Paccomment at message PO ako’ willing to pay for the 3D plan at floor plan pls budget meal lng :)
