Jak dla mnie: 1. Dom metr szerzej w lewo. 2. Wtedy zamiast sypialni szatnia i łazienka z prysznicem, ale bez kabiny - zwykłym , na podłodze. 3. Łazienka, która jest pod klatką schodową wtedy wylatuje- zamiast niej wejście do piwnicy. 4. Druga kuchnia do likwidacji i większa pierwsza dzięki temu. 5. Zamiast jadalni ogródkowej (?) pralnia z suszarnią. 6. Piwnica: piec, opał, siłownia, salka kinowa i mała spiżarenka może.... 7. Roof top - mega sprawa :-) Dzięki za fajny projekt. Oczywiście łapka w górę. Szczęśliwego 2021! :-)

About the 3rd floor, if it rains, does it have a better drainage for that? from the view the water might flow down to second floor.

Mostly 84sqm lot namin here sa Quezon province.. 8x10.5, swak sana samen to kung meron fullbath sa baba den 2storey lang.. preperably 1bed sa baba 2 bed sa taas..

Me agrado enserio el diseño. Pero creo que tiene algunos detalles. La entrada a la casa queda corta por los laterales de la cochera, la cocina no parece tener refrigerador( aunque tiene horno exterior), el baño bajo la escalera no parece tener buena altura en el retrete, falta barandilla de protección en los laterales de pasillos junto escaleras, arriba estaría padre una parrilla, y me pregunto si es casa para mas de cuatro personas, porque el comedor es solo de cuatro sillas?. Aunque realmente hermoso el diseño...

The design it aesthetically pleasing but I find it impractical. The bedrooms are too small to fit ant furniture outside the actual bed and nightstand. The closets are too small so storage is limited. Nice for a vacation home but to live in it would be rough. Just my opinion. Looks great though!

Its depends on the lifestyle. If minimalist people would live here, i think having a small closet won't be a problem
