මේකට නම් කමක් නෑ කියලා හිතන්න පුළුවන් අපි මේක Business එකක් ගැන කියන නිසා. Interior Mistake එකක් නැති කරගන්න කියලා දෙන වීඩියෝ වලටත් unlike දානකොට හරිම පුදුමයි. කොහොමත් 3%ක් විතර හැම එකේම ඇද විතරයි දකින්නේ. 😬😬

මම ගොඩක් අයගෙ videos බැලුවා. ඒත් ඒ හැම කෙනෙක්ම වගේ modern කියලා හදපු ගෙවල් වල මොකක් හෝ මම අකමැති දෙයක් තිබුනා. ඒත් ඔයාලගෙ මේ හැම වීඩියෝ එකක්ම හරිම ආසාවෙන් බලලා මම නොදන්න දේවල් ගොඩක් දැන ගත්තා. ඔයාලගෙ මේ creative ideas වලට මම හරිම කැමතියි. අකමැති වෙන්න කිසිම තැනක් මම මේ වෙනකම් ඔයාලගෙ වීඩියෝ වල දැකලා නෑ. හරිම සුහදශීලී විදියට ඉදිරි අනාගතයට ගැලපෙන විදියට ඔයාලා හැමදේම plan කරලා design කරනවා. අපිත් ඔයාලා වගේම තරුණ අය නිසා මේ planing/ designs වලට හරිම කැමතියි. මේ Aluminum windows වලට අපි ගොඩක් කැමති උනත් ඒ සම්බන්ධව පොඩි ගැටලුවක් තියනවා එයින් ගෙදරට ලැබෙන ආරක්ෂාව ගැන. මොකද ගෙදරකින් එළියට යද්දි ඒ හැම දේටමත් ආරක්ෂක ක්‍රම වේදයක් තිබිය යුතුයිනේ. ඒ නිසා මම ඔයාලගේ වීඩියෝ එකකින්ම දැන ගන්න කැමතියි Rolling shutters / Rolling doors ගැනත්. ඒවගෙ මිල ගණන් එහෙමත්. ඊට අමතරව වෙනත් විකල්ප තියනවා නම් ඒ දේවල් ගැනත්. මොකද අපි තවම ගේ හදන්න පටන් අරගෙන නෑ. තවම විදේශ රටක ජීවත් වෙන්නෙ. ඒ නිසා මේ වීඩියෝ එකේ තියනවා වගේ ලස්සන ගෙයක් plan කරලා හදා ගන්න ගොඩක් කැමැත්තෙන් තමයි ගෙවල් සම්බන්ධ වීඩියෝ ගොඩක් බලන්නෙ. ඒ හැමෝම අතරින් ඔයාලා තමයි හිතට හොඳටම satisfy වුණු අය. තව වසර දෙකකින් විතර සෑදීමට ආරම්භ කරන්න බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන ගෙදරට මුල ඉඳලම ඔයාලව සම්බන්ධ කර ගන්න අදහසක් තියනවා. එතකම් ඔයාලගෙ හැම වීඩියෝ එකක්ම මම ආසාවෙන් බලනවා. Windows වල ආරක්ෂාව සම්බන්ධයෙන් අහපු දේට ඔයාලගෙන් හොඳ පිළිතුරු වීඩියෝ එකක් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා. බොහොම ස්තුතියි. ඔයාලගෙ ගමන දිනෙන් දින සාර්ථක වේවා කියලා ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරනවා ❤️❤️

What about secuirty? Plain windows and sliding doors in ground floor is big WOW for robbers to enter. House is beautiful but my main concern about this house is security.

Agree with your idea. For those who concern that can use windows with grill work and typical wood framed windows. What i suggest is to secure from the boundry wall, make it bit higher, use a better security fense on top of it, use CCTV(wont prevent someone entering, but can monitor) some other smart security systems. The person who comes to break a glass and enter will definitely will break the grill and enter. Why we need to live in a cage? There are so many instance where theves removed grill and enter the houses. If we dont think out of the box, srilanka will never have different looking houses. Please check architect Palinda Kannangara's website for his house designs.

@@LyraStudio agree...I'm not living in SL and in the country I live now got many luxury houses in this structure and recently bugglers entered just by sliding the windows from outside, that also being a villa with high security. Like you say, we can't prevent bugglers and live in cages. Like your ideas and keep giving SL people new mordernized house structure ideas to affordable prices. Good luck 🙂
