the kitchen looks beautiful! grab a funnel from the store to keep next time you need to refill your spice jars. You can even DIY it and roll up a piece of paper OR cut a plastic water bottle then turn it upside down

Here is a tip Kayla that has worked perfect for me. Get some small commando hooks and place them in your seasoning cabinet. Then hang your measuring cups from them. It frees up that space in your drawer. Love the organization. Will definitely have to order some of those wire baskets.

Just a tip, something to think about.... If you do alot of cooking, thinking about the food items you do have stored in the cabinets beside/above the stove. The steam that rises. Just something I personally consider.

Number one Tip for organizing .......Decide where you are putting items, Measure the space its going, then "buy" your containers. Works all the time.

The better homes containers are a life saver. I learned quickly they help maintain freshness for a long time. I did the same thing to my kitchen a year ago and I put some chips in one and they kept fresh for over two weeks. I will be using some of your ideas too. Loved your video.

I love that you organized your food AND appliances/products in one video. Many other videos I've watched tend to just do one at a time rather than both, but I don't have a pantry so I don't have much inspiration for having dishes and food organized in the same cabinets! My biggest kitchen tip for when you have a small kitchen/no island would be to keep the counters with minimal decorations. If you cook a lot or entertain regularly the decorations end up getting in the way of food prep or setting food out for guests. Loving how your kitchen is coming along so far, looks great!

I love your videos Kayla! When you put the food or spices into glass jars, maybe put small stickers on bottom w/ the expiration date from the original box so, you know when food expires. It won't show since its at bottom.

If you use stickers, write the dates in pencil, so you can change it as necessary. Or, use a chalk marker on the glass.

Just a tip. Always measure your space. Arrange canisters in the cabinet before filling so you get an idea as to how it will look and fit. I am so happy for you. You are truly taking care of your young lady business!

I worked as a pantry attendant and we did a lot of organizing snacks and drinks all things you would see in a fully stocked kitchen and I loved the organization part. 🤗. You should also get clips to put on your opened items like your open cereals.

My aunt taught me to put my knives upside down in the block to keep them from getting dull. The blade isn't constantly being dragged across the wood and resting on it. Just a little tip that might help 😀

Also I have some flip top glass cylinders from ikea for my pasta the large fits the long spaghetti, fettuccine, linguine etc perfectly and they were like 5 or 6 dollars.

I also went thrifting for wine and drinking glasses. I found some very unique finds, things that weren't even meant for drinking glasses so therefore very quirky and happily funky.

Drawer under the stove is a warming drawer. Most people store their pots or pans in that drawer, but it is nice for keeping foods warm before serving

Local antique shops have the best tea pots and mugs! Also, tarragon changes the game in cooking. I have so many faves, but it adds a distinct flavor to lamb and chicken dishes

I love the shelves the open shelves are everything! The next time you put crackers in your jar you might want to keep the crackers in the package so that they stay fresher! Great job! For the brown sugar they make little clay disks to out in with it to keep it loose and fresh you can also get half sized spaghetti noodles at WalMart 💗

Also, next time you are filling jars… the mixture of seasonings can create a whole new “rub”. Put wax paper down and fill up a new jar with the excess. You used the vacuum to clean it up. I almost cried. Other than that BEAUTIFUL JOB!

Please wash containers before using them. You don’t want factory dust and germs from people touching them in the process of being made/packaged on your food. Your kitchen looks fantastic! You guys did a stellar job. Makes me want to redo mine. Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, tajin, old bay, oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, chilli flakes, bullion powder, smoked paprika, chilli powder, and cilantro are my most used.

My little tip for you is I would put liners in my drawers and for sure some kind of protection under my sink. But I loved everything you did !!! You have cute deep dimples like my oldest son.
