oh my, i love this. as someone with a passion and love for beautiful modern houses i gotta say this one is stunningly gorgeous. my mom was/is an architect and i now work in more or less the same field. as i was watching this video i envisioned myself living in this house, although i might change a few minor things to adjust it to my needs, but the layout is very well done and those furniture and colour choices... nailed my style perfectly! ❤

This one is gorgeous. Great design. I love the placement of the dining table from where you get to see the beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen is a bit complicated because in you cook on that stove you are guaranteed to smoke the entire house. I love the outdoor living room too, a fantastic place to live. The fireplace floating shelf is beautiful too.

Exquisite design, no wasted space. I like the small bedrooms, similar to Frank Lloyd Wright’s idea that the bedroom is for sleeping, the living room/dining rooms are for socializing.

You’re right: the bedrooms are only for sleeping, but you need enough air volume. A bedroom for 2 people needs 12 m2 (minimum). For one person minimum 10m2. And the rooms for children are not only sleeping rooms. The children need their space for sleeping, playing, homework and meeting friends. The house is nice, but not for a family. I also wouldn’t like to make an experience having a broken leg (toilet door opening inside).

@@kamanzo2066 In my region, those you mention are the minimum required areas for bedrooms, and it also compulsory at least one 5sqm bathroom to be fit for use by a disabled person in a wheelchair. Those 12sqm are also quite needed to be able to use the bedroom in a wheelchair.

Nice design and good use of space considering the three bedrooms, but usually real clients ask for more closet space and storage, and when I say more, I mean sooooo much more

I like the design very much! But as someone living in a 45 sqm house with one bedroom I can tell that there's not enough storage room. You can't reduce your household goods to zero, even when you try to live minimalistic. Would be great for a vacation home.

This is lovely Would you also create total lot area of 253sqm, house is a 110sqm floor area of 3bedroom, with a little but more wide glass to see the garden, bungalow without a pool and inspired japanese garden that can be seen in the dinning, living area and master’s bedroom. Thank you

I love your design. The living room looks like a modern work of art, very soothing. I would try to pinch a little more space from the other areas and put it into the bedrooms so they could hold a queen size bed. Otherwise, it is perfect to me.

This is very much what we have considered, though with a master suite up top and terrace spaces front and rear, above and below. Total size of about 150 m^2.

My wife and I are preparing to build a modern house in Greece, a few days ago we were amazed by the excellent house, the idea impressed us, we showed it to our architectural office and they told us to proceed with closed eyes in Greece means blind trust in good taste. the offer we received was for the construction of the house without a pool and without a protective wall on the outside at €145,000 or $152,000, I think it will cost somewhere around €220,000

Is that around $1900 a square meter? We will be building in South America, and the price for a brick core, concrete clad house in this style is $900 a square meter. This would be sub-$100K USD.

@@BOULDERGEEK a luxury construction with the best materials alarm 8 security cameras armored door fireplace energy oil boiler high quality kitchen you need €1600 per meter which means $1670 per meter Europe is unfortunately a very expensive area to live in but we find the solution. of course, it will be a little bigger house than the one in the presentation, so calculate.🧐

the comment section's probably going to dislike me...I like the outside design of the house, however, I would rather move the 3 bedrooms one floor up to have a more spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, and office downstairs with one toilet. This way the bedrooms would have more space. Feels personally a bit too narrow for me with beds dominating the rooms, leaving less space for some custom tables, integrated storage or even to be more breathable. This concept gave me a good idea though :)

Thank you, that is a very reasonable criticism and good ideas. Two floors are ideal for a family house, separating the "day and night" zones of the house. But sometimes, for whatever reason, it is possible to work with only one floor :)

Bit of a silly comment. It's not a 2 storey house. It's a compact 3 bed bungalow. I like it but if you built 10 more floors you would have loads of room and could maybe open a hotel. Just a silly comment.

Very little to dislike in this design, it's getting more difficult to tell if it's a computer generated model or the real thing. However my only criticism is the amount of seating, I counted 23 seating places in all ( excluding sunlounger😂) it seams to be the staple item from a architects tool box ... seating. But in all a beautiful place to look at and aspire to. Most definitely found a slot in my favourite folder.

At first.. A stunning presentation and good modern house shape... As a German citizen I would ad and notice some things that could avoid trouble and help with having some more space. At the left side of the house I would add some suterain and roof stairs. Downstairs for a laundry sport storage and cinema room. Upstairs a sunbathe chill grill and a solar cell area. Inside the house I would like to notice that small rooms should never open door wise cause of lack of space. I would change the angle from bothhallway bathrooms, utilities and main door. The rubber main door problem I would solve with cameras and fingerprint locks to avoid this open door problem (u can't close anymore after hard opening) the kitchen door I would change into a half half window with the option to give ready cooked food outside without bothering the cooking persons. Hope u like my opinions/adaprions and my English is not that bad for understanding ❤. Overall good work

Nice animation! Which software did you use? Is that Twinmotion? or Lumion? I use Enscape but it does not support dynamic moving doors, fire, etc.

Thank you, I use Unreal engine 5 and highly recommend it! Everything is rendered in real time and has a lot more options that I don't even use. I believe anything you can think of is possible.

1. Make the SE corner glass, put fireplace center of south wall & sofa on opposite wall/corner 2. Eliminate small W/C giving space for utilities thus freeing up room for master closet 3. Change pool surround from black (unbearably hot in the sun) to light colored stone
