I planted BBB and Power Greens just after 7/4. It felt late, but we were dry in late May and June. Saw rain coming and went for it. EXCELLENT results!

Thanks Jeff for your wealth of knowledge on property management my son and i have 500 acres that we lease and are following your advice and already within the first 3 year's we have doubled our buck movement on our property . Again for all of our fellow hunters and property managers we really appreciate you and your excellent camera man for all the great videos.

YES!! First time I hear you talk about selling and upgrading. You can polish a diamond in the rough but you can’t polish a turd. I’m on my 3rd property after improving and selling. Location is EVERYTHING!

Great video. I have 21 acres just bought last yr and i have great access like jeff was talking about. I can walk on the rd slip 50yds into the woods and be in a stand. I have one interior small food plot 1/4 acre and a 1.5 acre plot should be interesting yr

Enjoy your videos, feeling stuck with the small property we rent were the left side is Ag/Food, right side is the woods/swamp they hang out in. Our only path is down the middle which makes me think we are spooking them out left and right. With corn, it was easier... with beans this year it will be hard to get to the stands without spooking them. I would sign up for your service or even drive down to you as I am in the Twin Cities, but your service costs more than what we lease the land for. You have a ton of knowledge, appreciate the videos you share!

When I was looking for hunting property my goal was to get away from people, farm land and have proximity to public land. So I end up on top of the mountain. Was not interested in sitting in the middle of powelines and listening to highway next to me. But everyone have different objectives. Still enjoy watching Jeff's videos. Thank you.

Checked my food plot this weekend. Food plot 2.1 wasn’t as full as I wished, weed free but growth wasn’t as much as I expected. Then I checked the camera watching the plot….LOTS of daily, nightly deer activity they are keeping it mowed. So I added buckwheat yesterday (I know it may be very late) and tillage turnips. I did so hoping the bucket wheat with the coming rains would take off and grow fast enough to let the rest of the seedlings to get a breather and grow for fall useage and into hunting season. Using buckwheat as a sacrificial lamb so to speak

Super dry here in Missouri with no rain in forecast, ground too hard to till. I’m not sure what to do with it may be weeks before rain. Seed too expensive to throw on ground for nothing.

Your right, you should be able to turn in around right away, but there are exceptions, as in my case property I bought was select cut, so it really opened up the timber, too open to hold deer, it's taking couple yrs now to just see the regeneration grow up to generate move movement in thicker cover now.

Both of my better spots in 4C PA are under 100 Acres worth of hunting land including fields and streams running through them. Videos like this allow more understanding on how to hunt an area with little room to work with

Thanks for the video Jeff. I put down my winter wheat last Tuesday because of the storms that were coming. Didn't rain more than a few minutes, now I am not sure when it will rain again in central MN.

Understory looking more like mid October already because of dryness. Natural screening is vanishing. Might change the behavior of our quarry.

There's no browse with mature trees, only mast seeds. A clear cut will bring tons of browse and eventually tons of bedding after the first year. A clear cut is a win for deer.

Shawn is correct. I've never shot a deer out of a tree. Clear cut puts food in a deers face.

If this next weekend is the only one we have available in South Alabama to get our seed down of half brassicas and fall power greens and the weekend after that is 70&80% chance of rain. Will seed be good on ground for a week?

Should I be worried that I havnt seen many bucks yet? I had a few in the summer one and gone photos. I got more does on my food plots now but not seeing many bucks in the bedding areas I tried to establish or my travel corridors yet. It's 40 acres up north MN

Information overload ha? Well, when I first started listening to Jeff's vast knowledge, I was overwhelmed by how much he knows, I am a novice at this, but have gotten much better and am seeing massive results already. and my head just spun. Now I have watched Jeff for a year and now I see his property orientation, it is easy to see how it is laid out from Dylan's drone shots., I am familiar with it and the gold he throws our way is very clear to me. Just give it time to sink in brother. Let that sink In. 😂😂😂
