I've been thinking of getting the Vanguard Veo3 Go 235CB, which is indeed carbon fiber. Its price is comparative to the 3-Legged Thing Punks Corey 2.0, which is about the same size. It's magnesium alloy instead of carbon fiber, but also weighs twice as much. Considering that, with it being something I'll be lugging in my backpack, I'm not sure if it's worth the extra weight over the Vanguard. It looks really nice, but I thought I'd ask your opinion on which is the better option of the two. I have to wonder if they overestimate the load capacity of the Corey, since it's rated at 30 lb. or 14 kg. The 235CB is rated at less than a third of that. So it seems unrealistic that an almost identically sized tripod could handle that much. I do like the levels 3-Legged Thing uses. You noted how the 235 from Vanguard only has the one bubble level, and it's covered when the camera is mounted. So that's not exactly usable. Please let me know what you think. I love your channel. It's because of your videos that I chose a backpack. Now, on to the next. It never ends!
