🌿 Recipes
-Ricotta cheese
1. Set medium heat and add milk 500ml + salt 1t + whipping cream 250ml. Stir til boil.
2. Add lemon juice (or vinegar 1T) and remove it from the heat. Let sit for 20 min.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared cotton and colander. Let drain til milk liquid is separated completely.
-Pizza sauce
1. Add butter on a pan and chopped beef and vegetables (onion, mushroom, eggplant, olive, etc.)
2. Add whole tomato paste + 1 cup of water and simmer
-Cream Pasta
1. Stir chopped onions, mushrooms in oil and add milk 200 ml + whipping cream 250 ml
2. Add pasta noodles and rice cakes (if available)
3. Add cheese (grind parmesan or a slice of cheese) and season with salt and pepper
