Hi... could you tell me if you had used Renault/Nissan headlights control units to avoid the turning lights in the front bumper or just some adpter cables? Thanks!

the turn signal from the bumper is connected to the main headlight. And in the bumper it is not used, if you turn on both, there will be an error and the headlight goes into error

hello i have 453 electric 2020 if i order only the lights plug in and thats it or must do something else to work with out errors ?

You must update SAM software and make some activation by ddt4all or StarDiagnostic. Write some code
