I just want to disable the sidetone on my HD 450BT but it will simply not allow me to. Sennheiser will have some good headphones but on terms of software is as poor as it gets.

Hello Sennheiser, i have an issue with the Smart Controll App. May you can help me? I have an Sennheiser btnc 450 , so almost the same device as an sennheiser bt 450. Is there any common issue to connect the device? I already troubleshoot everything whats possible. delete rthe devices, reset everything multiple times on different devices. The app just tells me it cant findy anyhting. My iPhone and iPad always can connect to the device easily, but the App seems not to work. I deleted the Headphones in the iOS bluetooth settings countless times. I have no Idea what it could be. Regards Mike

The Sennheiser Smart Control Apps is one of the worst apps ever. Super slow, settings get rendomly reset, smart pause/play does weird things and often it doesn't even connect to the headphones. From headphones this expensive I expected more. For example: I finished a call a couple minutes ago and afterwards the headphones automatically connect to my work laptop and randomly play a video from one of the 50 tabs I had open (some of them youtube). On what planet is this usefull?

I purchased several sets of Sennheiser's Momentum True Wireless 2 earbuds for myself and two daughters, and they've fallen apart. I cannot recommend them. They're junk, which is too bad, as I wanted to like their products. Huge waste of money.
