This plant name is "Tamarillo" aslo known as the misleading name "Tomato tree", Take a look at the leaves, this plant is not part of the tomato varietyas we all know, it is a totaly different tree with different ftuit.

That fruit are aloat of them here in Tukuyu and Njombe Tanzania but I don't know how they are used as tomatoes,here we use them as fruits
