This is a completely useless product. It never gives an accurate result. It keeps giving different readings. A total waste of money.

Well a doctor testing it, very professional has a mouth mask on during the video so the scale must be good !!

From what I hear, no matter the cost, all of these SMART scales can be off by 20% but usually are off by 3 to 5 % , every one says just get the cheap ones..

I have the same exact model my old scale which is digital tells me I'm 152 now this one is telling me I'm 116 or something like that try this three times and I know for a fact on that 116

I tried log out from the apps and login again. All data previously will be saved and the the scale can be use as usual. Thats what i did with my unit🫰

That app you using is the right one? App call OKOK·international. make sure your phone not connected to other Bluetooth device.

Why is that. Mine works fine. The dfference is about 200g only. There are few design of this product & charging methods. Do you have one which has instructions table on scale. So don't buy it.
