Sometimes the fix is to press the brake pedal too. Sounds odd but it resets some things I heard. And also try changing gears and back to neutral.

All I had to do was lift the passenger Matt off my battery and press the brake and then it started

@@x.degenerate8883 hello, turns out, there was a leak, there was moisture?humidity gettin in , thats why it usually happend when it would rain or i washed my car, lol, got it fixes by isolating certain areas around the eletronic circuit, finnally.

Same problem. The engine wont crank . Changed the crankshaft sensor, still not cranking.

Doesn't need to be and I believe UK models don't have P just neutral and the hand brake.
