I have a suggestion on the functionality, It would be a nice idea if you add a RFID system so that people can easily use cards/tags to scan. It will be very helpful especially for people in rural areas to give them a relief from the task of typing the token (especially considering the public meter in our society where you find people fetch water in small amount frequently, they might find its uncomfortable for the requesting of token and typing now and then) instead by scanning a card/tag a person can buy at once his/her desired amount from lets say the USSD and the card gets activated and whatever action is being done with the card eg. adding amount, fetching water and balance deduction, balance checks etc.. the owner gets notification of each and every action. If both the keypad and RFID are integrated into the system it would be a very nice and comfortable thing for the users, I suggest that
