This is a taste test/review of Smartcake Beyond Gluten Free in four flavors including Chocolate, Cinnamon, Lemon and Raspberry Cream. They are KETO friendly, diabetic friendly, low calories, zero carbs and gluten free. They were $3.29 each at Jungle Jim’s International Market. 1 cake = 38 calories

Tami, I’ve always heard about these but never could find them . But I sure hope to find them some time because they way you described them they sound like something I would enjoy and low in calories and would like to give the cool whip a try with them. I've seen these on instagram for years now and have always wondered if they actually tasted good. If I ever see these in my grocery store then I'll have to buy some 😊 too expensive online like you said

I think these petite cakes would be great for an afternoon tea with a relative whom lives in a nursing home and has a birthday that needs celebrating.

I've had these before because my mom has ordered them from Netriton. Not really a fan since they're pretty airy. Also considering the price, I just make my own little "cakes" like these, around the same calories but with a texture I prefer.

I've seen them on Netrition too. what you should try are the Smartmuffins they make which are 10 times better than the cakes. they are huge. you can get them on Netrition too.

Would you say there also big enough to be satisfying ? The cinnamon looks like it has the most going on in terms of texture and layers .

they are like 2 bites, pretty tiny and not filling at all because they are so light like angel food cake light.

Sugar free cool whip is 100% keto 😊 no carbs

sugar free cool whip you see in the store has 3 grams of carbs for a small 2 tbs serving and the 2nd ingredient is corn syrup so it's not keto friendly. sugar free whipped cream which is different from cool whip is keto since its just whipped up cream

$3.29 each is expensive... because I would eat the whole thing... I think keto is one of the priciest diets to follow... I would think you could eat sugar free cool whip on keto...

You definitely eat whipped cream on keto it's essentially high fat low carb diet because our bodies go into what is called ketosis it uses the fat we eat as our energy instead of using the carbs and sugers as we are not eating many, and calorie counting is not a thing on keto because we have high fats so full fat foods are perfect.

Full fat or heavy cream rather than fat free or lower fat is better for keto,. All ingredients are good for keto, this is a fresh find. These look good and are so low calorie.
